Bank Jago (formerly Bank Artos Indonesia) is a financial institution in the field of financial services. This bank is based in Jakarta and was established in 1992.

In 2019, the company was acquired by the duo Jerry Ng and Patrick Sugito Walujo through Metamorphosis Ecosystem Indonesia and Wealth Track Technology Limited, respectively, with an acquisition value of Rp 243 billion and representing 51% of the company’s authorized and paid-up capital. This bank is planned to be transformed into a digital bank.

We are one of the early investor of Bank Jago, earlier than Gojek. We start to invest in Bank Jago around November 7, 2019.
